I wish you had replied before I put a clownfish pair in my tank Connie LOL. They are fearless and eat like hyenas so I doubt the little scooter would have a chance to even get a little snack. Even if I tried to target feed I'm afraid they'd chase him away and take all the food themselves, they even fight over it with each other.
It's a shame it's a dragonet, I wish it was what Petco refers to it as, a blenny. I might add him once my tank is fully stabilized and settled but it would be a gamble... some things just aren't meant to be.
Last time I went to Petco they had 2, and the employee told me they've been there for months(a 75g display with only 2 live rock pieces, which look like they weigh about 3-5lbs each... Something still doesn't add up though, and I know it's cheap but I get sensitive when something dies on me haha(nothing has yet thank God). Then again, I think I would do a far better job than Petco at keeping it... i don't know, by the way anyone bought any corals at Petco? Any troubles? They have a 25% off sale and I figure instead of paying 20-40 more at LFS i can give Petco a go.
