scooter blenny?!

so my scooter blenny has been though a lot since I got him ( first fish ) from jumping out of tank to getting sucked into a filter tube. surviving all. problems fixed. now... it looks like scales are coming off sorta. like a discoloration on one side. anyone ever run into this before? parameters are good I keep some corals so im not sure what happened.. guess iv been focusing on some new corals lately.

been trying for a hour to get one ill keep trying. best way to describe it is it looks like someone scraped off scales off his underside and side. one side nice and brownish with his natural camo other side is a flat color and looks pale/ light in color next to the rest of his color is like if you had camo paint wiped off on one side. I do not know if he was just being dum again and got injured or was stung by coral or what. he has been doing this thing like he is trying to go up side of glass to top of tank. all other fish are A okay he is just my problem fish from day one. ( 5-6 months ish )

He could have taken some damage from filter tube and jumping out the tank.

the tube insident was when I fish got em. but for jumping out I guess I might have not noticed this it was a week ago I think. if it gets worse could it be a sickness?
