0ppm nitrites
1.024sg
8 ph
.59ppm phosphate

update: the scopas color has come back, but an angelfish was found dead this morning. Maybe the phosphate? What’s the best way to lower it?

What species of angelfish was it? How long did you have it?

Phosphate isn't an issue for fish, only corals and some invertebrates.

The water looks slightly hazy, is it like that in person, or just the photo?

Do you have any aeration in the tank? Not just circulating pumps, but something to break the surface tension of the water - a good skimmer will suffice.
