Scored some "upgrades" today!

Saw saltwateraquarium had 1 Trident sitting in stock, arrived today and I scored some more items from my local fish store. I'm going to be working from home for the next few months due to corona so I figured now is the perfect time to change some things up with the tank.

Well I just opened the Trident and I got two calibration fluids but no cables...

AAAANNNDDD my love hate relationship with Neptune Systems continues; I so cannot wait until they have real competition. Money will not be an object when it comes to migrating everything I own to a new automation library.

I wonder how long i'll have to wait for this crap to get fixed, ALWAYS on a Friday with me.... ALWAYS. I swear if Neptune re-directs me to their trash forums for support I am going legit throw this Trident through their corporate office windows.

Just got off the phone with them, i'll hopefully have the missing items Monday or Tuesday.

I was so looking forward to getting all this stuff setup! I am ready to be done with manual alk testing!
