Got a frag from my friend when my tank was still cycling (Had fish in but I hate to put corals in freshly made water.) I wasn’t sure if my tank was ready for SPS and was afraid to transfer everything over.

August 25 - Dry barren rock that was cycling in a bucket.

September 29 - Acro has recovered and is starting to grow with specks of coralline joining in. Amazing how much can happen in one month.

Your acro looks similar. This is another piece. I don’t have before pics sadly. Good growth as well. Can still see the fresh glue. PE not as good but it’s healthy.
But moving back... if my tank crashes, I’m there. Haha. If it starts to look good, I’m staying put.

Just added a hammer a few days ago. And this one is basically calling everywhere home

We call it a Euphyllia garden, not because we like to keep them all cozy and cute together, but because they don’t want many neighbors.

A few are begging for food now. Will report when the innies become outies. And you should revive your poopy coral thread. It’s been about a year?

There are a dedicated few who post their updates from time-to-time. They know what’s important in reefing.
