Hello Everyone, I just picked up a brand new 150 tall (48x24x30) dual overflow tank this past week and have began building a stand. I thought I would make a thread (especially with the Synergy Sump Contest going on) documenting the entire set up as I collect more equipment/set up.

So far I have
-Tank
-Aquatic Life T5 Hybrid 48” fixture
- 2 Kessil 360we Tuna Blues

Will be buying sump next. When money allows lol, and finishing stand build.

Currently have an IM Nuvo 20 that is about 2/3 years old.

Working on stand build. Had to make a sight structural change along the way because I didn’t consider where the holes were drilled in tank. Will fit perfectly now.

Picked up the Bashsea Bio Fuge 36” Sump. Will leave enough room for ATO water container in stand.

Also ordered the kessil H80 for refugium lighting. Should be good light for this smaller fuge size.

Wife had very strong influence in stand design. See white cabinet below as influence..

The stand will have two hanging sliding doors and the shelve in the middle which is quickly removable to access equipment.

Just have to make doors and finish everything. Photos are in my grandpas wood shop who has been a great help with the project.

Stand update.. only thing left is stain/prime/paint/clear

Didn’t put the end stoppers on the sliding rail track so both doors easy removal for sump access. Same with quick remove middle shelf section.

That stand looks amazing! I have played with the idea of building a new stand , and I have even thought about the Barn Door style like what you did ! That looks amazing great job and keep up the great work!! [emoji122]

Is your tank a 48in x24in x 30in tank ? If so what manufacture is the the tank made by?

The tank is made by deep blue
