Scratch on the INSIDE of aquarium

What can I do? Can I do something? No idea where this scratch came from. Scratch in on the inside of the glass tank. But its super noticeable. No livestock just bacteria. I'm absolutely FUMING! This tank is less than a month old.

You can drain some water out and then fix it just wait for it to dry. Or you can try toothpaste.
