Scratches on glass

There are kits you can buy to polish glass. I luckily have never needed to do it but people do it all the time depending on how deep the scratch is.

Only the outside scratches can be minimized if the tank is running.
To fix inside scratches, you have to drain the tank.
You need Cerium Oxide.
And if they are deep (fingernail can feel it) you either won't be able to polish it out, or if you do manage, you may end up with the glass being a bit distorted because it will no longer be a perfectly flat surface.

None of them work btw
Witch kit did you get? They one I have works but as stated it only works if the scratches aren't to deep. If you can catch your fingernail on it, it's to deep. This only works for light scratches or hazy spots from someone trying to clean the tank.
