Screen top install

I just got my screen top finished and I wanted to find out how everyone else with a screen top is handling this issue. Where the powerhead cable comes out of the tank, there's a gap between the screen top and the tank. How do you get the screen top to lay flat where the power head cable passes through?

I ordered 2 sets of those. I did have to epoxy them in since they were slightly to small for the rails I had.

I delibeately custom ordered y screentop to allow 1" gap in the back for cord & pipe access. also makes it easier to stick a finger under to lift. I know this means the tank isn't 100% covered. But if a fish decides to jump, and still happens to exit through that 1" gap it is just meant to be.
