Hi These angels have in QT for 10 days with a copper power reading of 1.70 to 2.0. Could someone tell me what they think is still on there bodies? It almost looks like flukes? But there eyes are clear and they eat like pigs. No scratching. At some angles it almost looks like both ich and flukes. But how can that be being in copper for so long? Thanks for your help,

10 days is not enough most recommend 3 weeks to a month for full treatment.

Linked thread above does show very well how to prepare for a FW dip and how flukes look. If fish is positive ID still do a prazi treatment or couple of FW dips at 4-5 days interval

Wow! Beautiful fish. +1 on all of the above great advice. Do the freshwater dip. It just looks scary when the fish twitches a bit. But in the long run, it will be good for the fish's health and your peace of mind confirming or eliminating flukes as a possible problem. Consider treating with General Cure after you are done with the copper. It will eliminate both internal and external worms/flukes.

Agree with the above to be cautious, but also keep in mind that scribbled angels do have natural "specks"/flakes that depending on the angle or light can resemble tiny specks we often associate with disease.

It's a gorgeous fish, I had one for almost a decade and just got another one that's in my quarantine. Your best bet would be to look at the tail, pelvic and pectoral fins - if there are spots then something is wrong, also if you can take pics with cleaned glass.

Good luck!

Thanks never knew about the flakes!! Need to really verify now. They are acting really normal considering the fact that they are in copper. Will clean the glass a little more and take some more pics. Also check fins. Will get back to you guys. Thanks
