Scribbled Rabbitfish - Black patches

Hi all so my scribbled Rabbitfish was fine last night and then today I’ve noticed these black patches on him, they also have like a white dot in the middle of it. I’ve never really seen anything like this before.

Is it a coral or nem sting? Could my Tomini tang have swiped him maybe?

Looks like an injury, coral or new sting most likely. Keep an eye on it. You want to make sure it doesn't get infected.

Okay that’s what I thought thanks. I have kanaplex on hand should I wait and see how he goes before I use that?

Yes, if the injury doesn’t heal over the next week or becomes worse then treat with kanaplex in QT

Update: Seems to be clearing up on its own which is good
