I use a toothbrush which works fine but can't get into tighter spots without disturbing corals or worse knocking things over. Anyone know of a good tool that can be used to scrub hair algae in tight spaces?

I have pukani rock, even if I knew of a method, I wouldn't use it. :) I use my sump to grow algae and it seems to keep it out of my DT. Pipe cleaners though, the ones that can bend a fit into really small holes/areas, they might work. Used them when I was in the military to clean carbon from internal components my weapons. Something like this:

I think I need something sturdy that would allow me to apply pressure but get into small areas. Pipe cleaners may work as long as the handle is stiff.

I use a Sicce Synchra 4 with some plastic tubing and the business end of a turkey baster on the end. It does a great job of cleaning the rocks. I do it before each water change.
