Sea chem alert badge....

I'm looking to order more seachem ammonia alert badges. It Says it last one year. My question is, is that one year once it is wet? Or it only last one year after it is manufactured?

Good question. You can always test the badge by holding it over an open bottle of ammonia.

I assume wet, but I've not seen any evidence of a specific lifetime.
