Directions for my seachem dip are 1 gallon of water to 5-10ml of dip

I was told I can scale down the amount of water used for the dip as well then scale the dose accordingly. I'm used to using a litre instead of a gallon because I was using 'The Dip' before hand.

If I was going to use let's say 7ml for a gallon if I were to scale to 1 litre of water would that be 1.75 ml of dip?

If correct is this good to use/enough?

I need to re up on salt water and only really have a gallon of spare salt water left which is why I want to use less water, and I have Corals coming tomorrow that I expected to ship later.

Any help is truly appreciated!
