So I got some live rock from Gulf Live Rock back in November. Since it's arrival I've been seeing these arms poking out 9f the rocks. Pretty sure there is atleast 2 different cumbers in the rocks. But haven't ever seen anything but their arms out in the water column catching food. Can anyone ID this species so I can find out what I need to do to keep them alive. The mouth is roughly the size of pencil eraser, with the arms stretching out to around an inch in length.

Likely sea cucumber yes, and will need to sea body to say what type, If I took a guess, either red or orange foot cucumber

Sadly the body never leaves the holes in the rocks.
In most cases that is correct. At least you inherited a good filter feeder
