Sea Cucumbers and Sea Slugs

I have a crushed coral substrate, and I'm wondering if sea cucumbers or sea slugs will do ok with that, or if it's too rough, and I really need to have a fine sand bed. Please let me know. Thanks.

Sea hares yes, sea cucumbers no. Cucumbers prefer as fine a substrate as possible for feeding.

ditto, I kept a few tigertails for a long time, make sure you get a adequate amount of substrate also
