Sea Grass Wrasse

I have no experience with them but from what I have read, they might. They eat pests and can be aggressive to non aggressive fish. They have "crushing tusks" to munch snails and other similar critters.

I once had a fish that I couldn't find a positive ID on and the best I could come up with was a Sea Grass Wrasse. I couldn't get it to eat and it starved to death, at that time I didn't have a Mandarin or any other fish that ate pods.

I used to have one and he didnt mess with my coral band shrimp or my pistol shrimp. He ate pellets and frozon food. He also ate really small feeder fish but never messed with my clowns or cardnials.

Here is mine that i talked about in the above post from my brothers username. I had him for like 5 months, but one night he jumped out of the tank and i found him dried up.

One of the only confirmed nudi eating machines. My boss had a outbreak of monti eaying nudi's and within 3 weeks of the Sea Grass addition they were gone. He's been nudi free for 4 months now.

Thanks for the feedback. I have a 375 so I am hopeful that there is enough room for 2 mandarins and a wrasse. I had a 6 line with them but it is gone now.
