Is this sea grass. Brownish color. Grows really slow

I believe, please don't quote me that sea grass is green in color.
This is true. Seagrasses are true plants that utilize chlorophyll to photosynthesize, which makes them green. Species common in the hobby are also not known to grow on rocks (an exception is Phyllospadix).
Oh, and sorry about burning your skin off in World 1-Castle.
