Sea Hare - What’s going on?!

This showed up coming out of our sea hare randomly today. No changes to tank parameters. Thoughts? Should we take any action?

So, how to put this delicately; sea hares have male and female reproductive organs, and the male one emerges from the right side of the head, the female one is mid-body.

I can’t tell for sure from your photo, but I wonder if that’s what you saw....
