My dolabella sea hare has absolutely decimated the hair algae in my tank in less than a week.

He's about 5 inches long, way bigger than I expected. I have omega one nori on hand red, brown, and green. He is grazing still very actively cleaning up little bits he left behind.

He just powered through a quarter sheet of green nori that he took right from my hand. I got a few snail licks in the process which was very weird ....

How much nori should I feed him? I'm not sure how rich and concentrated nori would be compared to algea. Would a quarter sheet twice a day be enough?

Honestly it depends on the size of your tank. All the nutrients in the nori have to go somewhere. Ideally he should probably be allowed to eat his fill. My suggestion is to find a local club member and pass him along!
