Sea salt companies are REALLY protective of their brands. I actually first wrote this article under a pseudonym AND obscured the salt brands I tested. Because the tests were informal, and not through certified methods, I decided not to release the product names. I can say that Brand B is out of production and we went back to A.Interesting read, thanks for sharing!
