i just got a mushroom rock today and found what I think is a White Sea slug it has no shell and has two black eyes it also has what looks like a white foot under it. It is about 1 inch long. Please let me know if you know what this is and if it is reef safe or if I should remove it. Thanks

I am not 100% Sure if that is a Slug.

@KJ

#reefsquad should be able to help!

It looks like it has a lifted "lip" which would indicate Nudibrach. Do you have a QT that you could move it to in order to get a clear picture, with lights, underwater?

Dermatobranchus albus.

I have found two so far. The other is more brown on the back. They have mouths that look like slits between the “lip” and the top part. The other one got in a crack so I can’t get a good photo. I also looked at some Dermatobranchus online and think they might be some of those

Looks like I have some too - will a dip kill them ? They eat soft coral ?
