What is this?

It’s attached to the glass like a slug. About 1/4in / <1cm in length. Appears to have 4 antennas, two forward facing, 2 adjacent to glass. And also has little yellow tufts on its back.

Almost looks like a tiny berghia, but very hard to tell from the pic. Any new pieces added to the tank?
Could be..?
Added a goniopora frag and some cycled dry rock
Are they good, bad, or neutral?

Berghia only eat aiptasia, so they are 100% reef safe, but we would need a close up pic to have a closer look at the cerata and overall body to identify, even then it's not 100%.

Well its disappeared now. It was very tiny so doubt I could get a better picture anyway. If it is a berghia it will have at least one aiptasia to eat
