There is a little star in the rock first time I see this in my tank
Before I remove can you guys tell me what it is and if it's good or bad ??

Size is half a inch

I'd remove it. What started out as 1 star 6 months ago has turned into a plague that has eaten almost all my coralline and is now starting in on my corals. Recently got a harlequin shrimp about 2 or 3 weeks ago who is helping bring down the numbers but it's gonna take a while for my tank to recover.

I keep plenty in my tank. Never an issue with them. IME they multiply like Bristle Worms do. The more food available the more they multiply. Also there are several different species. Watch them for a while. If you see it hanging around ON your Zoa's or other corals then you know it's a pest. If you see them mostly hanging on your rock, glass, pumps then harmless algae eater. Again this has been my personal experience. I like them!
