I just bought him today. Was perfectly fine at the store. Got home looked in the bag and this is how he was. It looks like it's getting worse to me. I just need to know if he is ok. Or if he is sick and going to make the rest of the tank sick

Yes, it is sick and will likely not make it. Linkia's can be sensitive particularly to changes in parameters, specifically salt and, pH, and temperature. Not likely to affect your other inhabitants but always safer to remove.
