Try to put the urchin into a sump if you have it. Wait until your anemone attaches it’s foot before releasing the urchin. Without letting the nem get settled and kept separated at first the urchin will keep picking it up.

I'd let it play out and watch the anemones health, if it gets sick of the uber he will bail. Unless you have corals that might get stung by that mobile stun gun then yes remove it lol.
