Sea urchin feeding frequency

Hi all, I was just posting because I was wondering how often I should feed my tuxedo urchin. I am worried that he will starve and have been feeding him every 3 to 4 days with half an alage wafer. Could someone help me on this?? Thanks

It depends on the size of your tank and how much algae you have. If it's a smaller tank, a piece of seaweed (1/4 sheet) every 3-4 days is usually sufficient. If your urchin has all its spines and is still active - chances are it's healthy (but without an image it's hard to say).

Ok I’ll send one ina bit. It’s a 33 gallon biocube with tons of soft and lps corals. I also have a few hermits and snails as well.
