As long as the lines between the spines are blue i'd say thats right 
Just make sure your rocks are all stabilized and secure enough that the urchin can push or pull them over. Any loose corals, shells, small rocks, and even hermit crabs will be picked up and moved around as well. They're pretty tough for such a little critter.Ok cool as long as it’s reef safe , thank you

I originally did secure the rocks for a goby and all my corals are glued down because the crabs were constantly knocking them over !!Just make sure your rocks are all stabilized and secure enough that the urchin can push or pull them over. Any loose corals, shells, small rocks, and even hermit crabs will be picked up and moved around as well. They're pretty tough for such a little critter.

That’s good to know for the future !also be careful if you have an acrylic tank they will scratch the viewing panes by their chewing action
