So is it a good idea for a small sea urchin in my 90 gallon tank?

Sure it'll be fine if the tank is old enough. Remember though, they will grow and become bulldozers.

I like my tuxedo urchins. If you like coraline, don't get one. They eat coraline.

I don't see why not.. as long as they have food to eat.
