Sea weed problem

Hi Everyone,
I have some type of seaweed growing in my tank (Red Sea 260 litre), I don't know how to get rid of it.
I have been pulling it out with tweezers when I do water changes but this is very slow & you cannot get all of it. It is starting to spread to other parts of the tank and grows very fast please help.
Salinity: 1.026
Ammonia: 0
Nitrate: 2
PH: 8.4
Alkalinity: 9.072
Calcium: 440
Magnesium: 1410
Phosphate: .075

Here is a pic from Moorea. (not mine) There are many varieties of this seaweed, it generally looks like what you are holding in your picture
