So when it come to feeding what kind of seaweed can I feed my fish? Can I buy it from the store and if so what kind should I bu?

I know. I'm asking because I was told I can go to the store buy off the shelf seaweed as long as its not salted. And plus I was looking for a bulk and cheaper way to buy it. So I guess I want to know if anyone does this or what? And if so what brand and you buy? Just curious. Thank you

I buy it from the market
just make sure it is 100 percent seaweed and not flavored or roasted in oil

I buy the sheets from the Asian market. You can get a year's supply out of a single bag if you trim it down into smaller sheets. I have been doing this for the last 6 years with no issue.

May look something like this:

Whole Foods carries a brand called Main Coast Sea Vegetables, Dulse. Its and organic brand of red Atlantic seaweed that comes unprocessed and unwashed. It claims to come tested for heavy metals, petroleum, radioactive and microbiological contaminants, for what that is worth. It hold up very well when being fed on. My tang tends to just make a mess with sea veggies.
My local store sells it for 7 something for a two ounce bag, but that goes quite a long way.

IME, the best and cheapest place is Walmart. In the Asian food section you will find plain roasted Nori. Like 20 sheets for a couple bucks.
