Seachem ammonia alert badge

Hi all,
Mistakenly I have peeled off the fron round sticker from Seachem ammonia alert badge as shown below. I think i am foolish..... Please advise whether i can use it still or I have to replace it.

The round center is the detection part of the badge...it's totally gone? then no, it is useless...

I was too curious as I have been shown with "alert .05ppm" for the last 5 days and I had doubt whether I have removed the stickers properly so I peeled it off. What a fool I am. Ok i will replace it with a new one.
I was doing fishless cycling with LR for 2 weeks now and installed the alert badge before 5 days. Is it normal the ammonia will be stable for 5 days without any reduction during the cycling with LR.

I am not sure I would use an ammonia badge to monitor my cycle. I would invest in a proper test kit as you need to monitor both nitrite and nitrate during your cycle.

Yes I am having only nitrate test kit from API and red sea reef foundation test kit. I have ordered red sea marine care test kit online and waiting for them to arrive. Expecting to get in an week.
Here in my place salt water or reef is not so popular so none of LFS is having needed things to buy. Everything has to be ordered online.

Yes, I just noticed your location! I wouldn't worry too much about the ammonia...give it time and when you receive your kits and measure, you'll have a better idea how you stand...good luck!

Thank you so much, You know one thing I have sent this photo of my wrongly handled ammonia alert to Seachem customer support and they are sending me a new one
