Great video again! I'm a big fan of video demonstrations on how to do some of these things. There are a lot of people that are visual like me. I have to DO or SEE something being done to learn it and retain the info. Thanks for sharing these with us.

Great video and agree trying to read the shades of blue always gets me and often need to run the reference just to have a side by side comparison in the titer plate. Just a note on why they give you so little powder. You literally need only what dust might stick to the stir rod as this is the catalyst for the reaction and very little is needed. I bang the stick side to side after dipping in the powder. As long as you see some of what look like dust particles floating on the surface of the well you'll get a reaction.
