I find copper testing really frustrating.

Somedays my copper is 0.5, somedays its 0.25 (ineffective), but always consistent on repeat tests on the same day. I think the brighter the day, the lower the test result even under 'diffused sunlight'. I use the Salifert one which is good/accurate/consistent (under equal backlight) but your never really sure if its 0.4 or 0.5 or even 0.6.

Researching Hanna checker Copper test to see if its any good, would be great to test copper and know for sure regardless of daylight levels

dang! Mine is another two weeks out! Boy, waiting this long to get to play with one of these is hard to do!

You will love it once you have it! Promise!

Hanna checker for the win!

(That looks like .5 to me)

Got my Hanna Checker Copper HR today (thanks folks for threads, youtube video with sachet trick) and it's best. Got 0.46, 0.47 then 0.46 testing three times is a row. With my Salifert I guessed 0.5, 0.7 and 1 ppm based on background light walking around the house. so great to finally have some certainty!
