Does anyone know of the CA part of fusion needs mixing all the time? I recently put some in my clear doseing container and i see a brown residue on the bottom. Is that normal?

I always shake mine up before use, never seen the brown residue though. Could be mixing with some leftover substance in the dosing container.

Thats my next test. I took some out and put it in a clear containwr and I'm letting it settle

Well there is something in the bottle. I took all the fluid out and cleaned the container and re added some and again brown crap.

Two parts should not typically need constant mixing. Some small amount of solids can be ignored and probably aren't useful to dose anyway since they are either insoluble (calcium carbonate) or may be impurities.

The alk part of a two part is often solubility limited, and dilution will help dissolve it if there are precipitates. Warming it will help dissolve it if it comes with solids which may have formed in shipping if it got cold.
