Seachem Matrix Instructions

Seachem Matrix instructions are “Use 250 mL of Matrix for each 200 L (50 US gallons)** of water.

I’ve never used mL with solids. I’ve always used grams. It’s not easy to convert mL to Grams. All the converters I have found are designed for liquids.

Anyone have any ideas or solutions?

Based on the label 250ml = 100g.
