Seachem Metroplex dosing instruction?

This is the instruction for dosing Seachem Metroplex:

Use 1-2 measures (included) per every 40 L (10 US gallons). Repeat this dose every 48 hours for up to 3 weeks or until symptoms disappear.

Question, is it a must to change water so the dosage won't accumulate too high? If I dose 2 weeks, that will be 7 times, and totally 7-17 measurers. Will it be accumulate and become too high for the fish? If I need to change water to prevent this concern? how much/frequent water would you change?

You don't have to do water changes because you are dosing Metroplex.

Do water changes as needed by your tank's water conditions.

It is however good to do your water changes first and then wait a bit (1-2 hours) after the water change before you do dose Metroplex.
