Wondering if using Seachem Prime would be a good idea to use during drip acclimation to prevent build up of ammonia. Also how should you clean the bucket you are going to use for the drip acclimation? Thank you.

It is highly not recommend to do this. If there's any copper in the water that the fish came in from the LFS, it will cause the prime to react with the copper to become 10x more toxic.

Clean anything with vinegar/water solution, then rinse.

I would test DT water NH3 if any issues add to DT. ADD Prime if needed 24hrs before acclimation. But if you're mentioning water corals/fish come in, test first. If me I wouldn't add to corals in bag. May stress them more.

Can it be rinsed with tap? Or only with rodi?
