Seachem Reef Zooplankton vs Reef energy

So is the Seachem stuff basically the same type of product as Red Sea Reef Energy. I am already using the Reef energy but I also bought a bottle of Zooplankton. From what i read on Seachem it sounds alot like the same type of products.
