Seachem Stability with no flow

Hi

Ok, this is not salt water setup but nitrifying bacteria question regard stabilty.

I am setting up a 2.5 gallon tank for a betta with large gravel. What happens if I use
Stability but I don’t run filter so no running water/water flow other that water movement from
the betta.

Will it work with no flow?

You can if want to, it’s not going to hurt. I find betas with a small internal pump of some sort. A little water movement and a small plant is good.
