Seachem tidal 35

I have a 30 gallon reef, 4 fish and about 8 corals with a Tunze 9002 skimmer (which isnt great but seems adequate). I’m looking for an HOB filter and was looking at this one due to its small size.
just wondering what everyone thinks of this? is it too small? Any other ideas?

Any HOB filter should work. I cut a piece of filter sock and put it in below my sponge filter. I have to clean it more often, but it sure makes for clean water.

The SeaChem Tidal HOBs are the best. I have two of the 55 that I use for QT systems and love them. You might consider the 55 instead of the 35 just so you have more room for media in it.
