I was looking at some of the Seachem stuff to dose regularly in my tank. I was debating if adding it would be good or if the weekly water change is just as good.

Please let me know if you use any of these products by voting

I like the phyto and zoo plankton products but they don't have anything to do with the frequency of water changes. Foods, not trace elements.

I've been using them to help with my pod population. Can't really say if they work well or not but I do have a healthy pod population so they don't seem to hurt.
