Seaclone 100 protein skimmer OVERFLOWING

I have a seaclone 100 protein skimmer. It will not stop overflowing. Skimmate is ridiculous. It goes 6 inches up the lid cup hole and down into my sump. EVERYONE says they suck is this why. I had one on my 55 gal. It worked perfectly. But this one just won't stop I have maybe half a inch of water skimmate and the rest is bubbles. It's driving me nutz I'm cleaning it 3 times a day and 1 time at night. My tank is NOT over stocked. My water par is 0 ammonia 0 nitrites .25 nitrates. .25 phosphates. 420 cal. Yes I'm looking into a new skimmer shortly. But it was the only skimmer I could afford at this moment. It's running a 75gallon and 20 long sump pic is after 2 hours running. And any ideas on a skimmer that won't break the bank.

Is this a new skimmer? There is a "break-in period" where all new skimmers over skim for the first week or so...

If it's not new, have you tried dialing it down and skimming more dry??

It's 2 1/2 months old now.

I tried every single dial turn. I'm at my wits end. It's overflowing into my sump. After 3 hours. I looked on youtube for a solution. All that are on there is micro bubbles.
