Hi can anyone help me I can’t find any where’s to buy Methylene Blue locally and my ammonia just spiked up all of a sudden my seahorses aren’t acting like usual will they survive as i ordered M blue online and will arrive in 2 days i done a 100% WC and my tank now is zero ammonia.

If I were to incur ammonia in tank water I'd immediately treat it with ClorAm-X to neutralize the ammonia, and then keep using it until the cause of the ammonia is resolved.
I don't know of any specific treatment other than M Blue for ammonia burns as I've never had it, but if the seahorses survive it initially I would consider a hospital tank treatment with Furan II and/or Tri-Sulpha in case of secondary infections if I was unable to treat with the M blue.
