I was mistaken with anenome and I know you already know where this going. My new seahorse stung. I took anenome out already and the little guy is on the bottom. Breathing but laying on bottom and wife says he has been moving all day...off and on... Thoughts

My sea horse survived! [emoji4]

I agree... And I'm hoping he is a little stronger because of it...

I live close to LFS so I may just spoil him with fresh brine all the time ..lol

I am new to seahorses, but I think fresh brine need to be gut loaded with an enrichment to provide enough nutrition. Dan's feed from Seahorse Source is a good enrichment. I think I'd try getting him to try some frozen mysis just in case something happens and your LFS can't get brine. They say squinting the live brine and minced mysis out of a turkey baster is one way to encourage him to try it, especially in the morning when he is the most hungry.

Not bad idea. This my first try at it as well with seahorse...

Agreed ... I have a Beta tank I raised them from a fry. Fresh tank with Oscars and my 75 gallon salt. But yes seahorse Tank is a joy
