Seahorse emergency! Is this normal?

sandy our seahorse has been hanging out at the bottom of the tank. In the pics you can see her is actually wrapped around a snail. He is not horizontal he is still up right. He has been eating normal. Just started acting like this the past couple hours. Is this normal or is this a sign of help?

They will grab and hang on to whatever is available to them....looks like he just found a good anchor point on the snail shell to me Does he/she appear normal other than that?

yes! Eating normally. But never rests on the bottom of the tank, so it freaked me out, but today is totally fine!
