Not to sure what’s up with this girl here, she’s still eating and water is perfect other horse kinda swims around with it’s tail curled up Hopefully we can help her

Generallywhen they do this, they are stressed or feel threatened as they use their tails as protection from predators. The only other cause would be Gas bubble syndrome which is a tail disease which they can get. If it has this, you will see areas of bubble like blisters just under its tail skin. Its not a rot but infection. IF it has it, upon closer inspection, you will know it.
Assure Temperature is between 74-76 deg and has not gotten too warm and nitrate and PH has not become elevated. Ph range should be 8.1 and 8.3
Constipation will have nothing to do with tail

Now that you show video, not abnormal with tail but big problem you will have is they do not do well with tankmates as they are slow swimmers and often wait for food to come to them and the fish who are faster swimmers will outcompete them for food. They must eat twice a day and need brine shrimp, mysis shrimp and rotifiers daily. Also add Vitamins to foods occasionally
