Sandy the seahorse is a juvenile WC, really saved on the beach after the last hurricane. He will not eat any frozen shrimp/brine/cyclops etc. no matter what we’ve tried, he has even sucked it in and then pushed it back out! I have been loading the tank with copepods and rotifers, he seems to only like to hunt throughout the day. What can I do to make sure he is getting enough nutrition and is there a specific copepod or other live food source I can add. He is by himself in a 36g with a clean up crew. So he would be the only one eating his live food. Going on two months with just copepods ... I hope he is getting enough!

I would feed him live brine shrimp that has been enriched with Dan's Feed. You buy Dan's Feed from Seahorse Source. When Sandy gets bigger he can eat live brine and live small ghost shrimp, also enriched. I have seen even seahorses as small as less than 2" tackle ghost shrimp. They love them.
