I currently have a reef tank that I purchased completely established so cycling is foreign to me. I have a 30 gallon tall tank that I am cycling for seahorses. I’m on the 26th day and just tested my ammonia and nitrite and they are both 0. While I’ve never been able to measure nitrite, my initial ammonia spike was 4ppm and dropped to 2ppm then 1ppm prior to this week. I constantly have been reading 5-10ppm of nitrate. I’ve been ghost feeding 1/2 cube mysis 4/week. I started with live sand, 20 lbs of dry rock and 4 lbs of live rock from my established aquarium. Should I add ammonia again to see a little spike before I add livestock? I intend on adding nassarius and turbo snails and then a yellow clown goby before getting my seahorses.

Seems like you got this covered. Looks as if your cycle is done. You can add what you have listed.
If in doubt, throw in a frozen shrimp, lay it in a net, in the water, that will be your ammonia source, that thing will have no doubts when your cycle is done.
But, your looking good from my seat.
