Seahorse

I just got a seahorse and looks very healthy but it seems to like to latch on the branch and stay sideways or sometimes a little upside down, is this normal behavior?

How much flow does the tank have? I dont' know much about seahorses but perhaps @SeahorseKeeper might be able to assist
